FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on jewellery orders over $300

Shipping and crating for artworks is calculated at time of inquiry and arranged directly with the customer

For jewellery orders to Australia below $150, shipping is $25.

For jewellery orders to the Rest of the World below $300, shipping is $35.


Please allow between 2-6 business days for your item to be couriered. All pieces are handmade and in some cases they will be made to order. Please note that we do not process orders and courier over weekends or public holidays.

Delivery may take longer to rural areas or areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable (subject to import tax), or is held in customs (where this import tax is collected).

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

All our deliveries are trackable and insured.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes - we need a physical address for our courier service.

For New Zealand deliveries we use Courier Post - we send signature required packs, so the nominated addressee has to sign for a package when it arrives. If no one is home at the time of delivery, a card to call will be left with a tracking number to take to the depot for pick up.

For deliveries outside of New Zealand, we use EMS Economy Courier.

Your goods will be insured by Te Rongo Studio during transit, until it is delivered to you. A signature will be collected upon delivery, at which point the responsibility of your goods is passed to you. If the sent item is required to be delivered to someone who is not you, then you accept that their signature upon delivery transfers the responsibility in the same way. 

Depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or duties. Te Rongo Studio will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. Please check your local customs for more information. Prices are inclusive of GST.


Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All original packaging must be returned in good condition also.

Please note that an exchange, replacement or repair can take up to 30 calendar days from the day we receive your item. We will be in contact within this time to let you know when your jewellery has been dispatched.


In the unlikely event that there is a defect with your jewellery when you receive it, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Please contact us using one of our contact forms if you wish to return any items. We will respond to your query promptly to arrange a return.


If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like a full refund under our Money Back Guarantee, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Please contact us through our contact form and we will respond to your query promptly to arrange a return. We will issue a full refund to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase of the item(s). 


Goods which are not damaged or faulty and are returned to us in resalable condition must be returned at your expense. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, and therefore we recommend using an insured postal service or courier. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive with us.
